2018 Holiday Shipping Deadlines
Shipping options for purchases made through the online store for The Golf Shop at Torrey Pines is limited to USPS Priority Mail and First-Class Mail shipping services. All other shipping options must be made in advance by phone. Please call the golf shop at (800)985-4653 extension 2240 to inquire about special handling/shipping arrangements. Customer service for the online store is available by phone Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 3 PM (PST), except on major holidays.
Please note that online orders are processed for shipping Monday through Friday between 8 and 11 AM (PST) at our retail store located at the Torrey Pines golf course in San Diego. Please factor order processing time in as you look over the Postal Service deadlines shown below. Items that are not currently in stock when the order is processed may be delayed up to 15 working days before shipping. You will be contacted by phone and/or email to make substitutions in color, style, or brand to avoid a delay that may push your item's arrival beyond Dec. 25.
Please note that the Golf Shop at Torrey Pines offers a "gift prepping" service that includes a personalized notecard (see details here) but a "gift wrapping" service is not offered.

For Priority Mail Express® shipments mailed December 22 through December 25, the money-back guarantee applies only if the shipment was not delivered, or delivery was not attempted, within two (2) business days.
Busiest Mailing and Delivery Days
Thanks to more people shopping earlier and shopping online, the Postal Service’s “busiest day” notion is now a thing of the past. Instead, the Postal Service now has a busiest time, and it starts two weeks before Christmas. Beginning the week of Dec. 10, customer traffic is expected to increase and the Postal Service expects to deliver nearly 200 million packages per week during these two weeks. The week of Dec. 17-23 is predicted to be the busiest mailing, shipping and delivery week. During this week alone, the Postal Service expects to process and deliver nearly 3 billion pieces of First-Class Mail, including greeting cards.
