Per Participant Cart and Tournament Service Fee

Tournament services, including cart rental and associated fees, are mandatory for all group events. Any additional services must be arranged with the Torrey Pines Club Corporation and/or their representative.

Services from outside sources are not permitted without the express written consent of the
Torrey Pines Club Corporation and/or their representative at (858)452-3226 ext 2340.

Tournament Services

• Cart staging with mounted placards displaying hole assignments and event graphics
• Visage GPS System screens onboard each golf cart
• Golf course & event rules and information sheet
• On-course contests like Closest to the Hole and Long Drive
• Scorecards and event scoring service
• Use of the facilities registration patio

Golf Car Liability Acknowledgment and Acceptance

By completing the purchase of Tournament Services for your event, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the following conditions.

By renting a golf cars for this event, we agree to the following terms:

1. Return Condition: We will return the golf car immediately after completing 18 holes, in the same condition as received, except for normal wear.
2. Damage Responsibility: We accept responsibility for any damages incurred while the golf car is in our possession and agree to cover repair costs.
3. Liability Waiver: We release Torrey Pines Club Corp. from any claims or damages arising from our use of the golf car.
4. Operational Understanding: We confirm we are familiar with the golf car's operation, have read the instructions, and will not use it if it has safety-related defects.
5. Driver Restrictions: Drivers must be 16 years or older. A valid driver’s license may be required.
